Terms and Conditions for Use

The main terms and conditions for the use of the ListKingPro system are
as follows...
1) NO SPAMMING! We have a ZERO tolerance for spamming. If you have
an account and you send spam email messages to people that have not given
YOU permission to email them, then your account will be turned off and
terminated without any refunds.

2) We do not provide you with any rights to software or programming or
coding. As a ListKingPro customer you are a user that have been issued
a right of usage such as that which is provided in a lease agreement.
3) We make no warranties as to the effectiveness of our service for
your usage. Further, we do not expressly guarantee the quality and safety
of your email lists. We make every attempt to provide double and triple
backups of your email lists while on our system, but it is your responsibility
to also have and maintain your own separate copy of your own email lists.
4) ListkingPro and Majon International maintain limited liability
for this service. It is limited to the amount that you have paid to us
for the useage of the ListKingPro service.
5) Only those people and companies that have established an accout
with ListKingPro may use the system. Allowing outside and unauthorized
users to access your account to send email is forbidden and will result
in the termination of your account without refund.
6) Positivily NO pornographic, adult related or offensive material
may be maintained, sent, referred or used on the ListKingPro system. Actions
that violate this rule will not only result in the immediate termination
of your account without refund but will also involve additional liability
on your part.
7) ListkingPro and Majon International reserve the right to refuse
service at any time to any company or individual for any reason whatsoever
that has been deemed inappropriate by Majon and its network. Activities
that do not facilitate the smooth flow of business shall lead to account
termination.
